Best scar treatment after tummy tuck? Cica-care or Mederma?
I just had a tummy tuck about 2 weeks ago, right now the scar is pink still and im wanting to get a jumpstart on scar treatment. I bought some mederma and been using it for a day or so, the scar is raised also so i started looking into cica-care because it says it will help flatten scars. Has anyone had experience with cica-care? would you recommend either one of this products, or any other products you may know of.
Also, do foods matter? if so, what would be the best foods to eat to help heal my skin. Thanks
lots of water and healthy food always helps heal things better. I’ve used Mederma on many scars and its helped a lot.
