flabby belly?

i hate my belly and its realy getting me down im not big im a size 10 to 12 uk but my belly is really big and round my boyfriend says its ok but this morning my grabdad said i look pregnant and i agree with him. Ive tried laods like not eating after 5 cutting out bread and pasta etc i eat fish and fruit and veg and i even do about 50 situps morning and then again at night im going on holiday in 3 weeks to cyprus and dreading it. Iknow ill have no miricle cure by then but when i get back im seriously considering having a tummy tuck. Any advice

cutting those things out is great. Be careful for cravings though. But do not do runches or sit ups. If you have a decent amount of weight there you will only build muscle under the fat. You need to do cardio. You can start now Go for atleast a half hour walk a day even around the block. keep you stomach sucked in while you do it. That will help get the weight off and youll notice a difference by the time you go on vocation. Also oatmeal egg whites milk and oranges are fat burning food try to eat them each day. Stay away from the red meat. I dont know how you fel about yogurt but i like Activia it helps regulate me and keep the bloating to a minimul. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and your bigger meals earlier in the day so you give your body more time to burn it off.
