Male Breast Syndrome

Can Klinefelter syndrome look like a normal woman?
Klinefelter's syndrome as you know is when men have chromosomes XXY. Most males have one X and one Y chromosome The X chromosome is that little extra can feminize men (eg, breast development minor). But it can be an XXY boy that looks exactly like a normal woman (as a person syndrome complete androgen insensitivity)? XXY men, I also know, are larger than males as XY but how? XXY syndrome and common or rare? What I said is that it is possible for men to complete the look as XXY normal female people take for a woman? I know that may seem normal men
XXY is rare enough. The Y chromosome contains a gene for maleness " men so that they can only suffer from Klinefelter syndrome. It's hard to say who has Klinefelter without staining of Barr bodies. Sometimes men are completely seems normal – except that they are all sterile.
