Liposuction?

I have been trying for about 5 years to lose weight. Weight watchers, Jenny Craig, diets, personal trainers, all in all I’ve spent about ,000 on trying to shed about 50 pounds.

I’m 27, and weight 216. I work out regularly and eat a decent diet.

I am seriously considering getting liposuction on my buttocks, thighs, and perhaps abdomen.

My biggest fear is not the procedure but the recovery.

Please help

dont do that i think ur diet is not good. or u r not following the diet properly.

if u want to loose quickly then try dr atkin diet.
and if by normal then follow the below instructions

    Reduction of weight:
    1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
    2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
    3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
    4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
    6) use brown bread
    6) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
    7) no sugar of any type.
    8) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it. Just cooked
    9) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)

at least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u fell that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.

the best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

hope u got the right answer. if u have any query send me an email try yahoo.

Liposuction is not for losing big amounts of fat/weight. Its more of something that you should consider AFTER you have lost a substantial amount of weight and you are not happy with a certain body part. Honestly unless you have a medical problem the weight loss efforts you have tried should have worked. Is there something else that is going on? Emotional eating? Depression? You need to work on that first before you can have any success.

    Good luck to you.

liposuction isn’t a permanent solution, so if you opt for it, be prepared to gain all the weight back. does that sound healthy to you?

if you really wanted to lose the weight, and were 100% committed, you would have lost the weight. as simple as that. there are no easy, non-invasive ways to lose the weight.

Liposuction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

I think you may read a bit more about the procedure, liposuction is indicated to lose fat deposits in areas where exercise or diet are not helping. Here you can read more about this and other procedures for the body in plastic surgery http://www.aestheticandplastic.com/procedures/4.html

    All the best!!
