Pseudo-gynecomastia or gynecomastia?
hey guys six months ago I started feeling a small lump under my left breast is painful to touch, BTU, after all what happened but now I am left with a swollen breast, but not flat. Gynecomastia is present or pseudogynecomastia now. Thanks
Probably no. Gynecomastia is common among adolescents, and is due to an imbalance of hormones (which are all over the place you go through puberty), while passing through pseudogynecomastia, because of excess fat. In true gynecomastia, there is often a hard drive in nipple (I feel almost like a thick rubber washer) indicative of active tissue hormone. Do checked by your doctor if you are worried. But I think you can probably both to the rule.
